The idea for this video will take inspiration from the song's instrumental. The sound of the sample takes us back to some old-school hip hop influences. We'll mix some new stuff with the old.
Main Concept:
To keep things under control, we shoot in a house party, with lots of interesting editing effects throughout. Lets also have a car outside, maybe an old caddilac to keep a vintage look. Most interesting effect is having parts of the video going backwards, especially during the Chorus parts. (Click or Hover over images for descriptions)

SPECIFICS:
To start off the video, we need something to grab people's attention. As you can see in this old video from Pharcyde, the whole video is backwards. We don't need to make the whole video backwards, but definitely the beginning should start in a similar way.
I can go further into detail later on how we can do this.
I'd imagine we can do the same thing with having some people jump off a car or a roof like we see in the first verse of this Pharcyde video. The main exception would be having girls twerking.
We'll shoot a car scene for the first verse along with the lines we hear "told her meet me; backseat". If available, we'll get a hose with some water to get make it look like it's raining outside on the windows.
With some editing we can also make it look like maybe the water is going in reverse. One girl inside the girl getting intimate with our artist.

Starting from the middle of the first verse, we'll transition into the house where there is a party going on. Weed and pills being passed around.
When we get to the second verse, we'll have a performance in a wheelchair being taken around the house where we see all the crazy shit going on.
